One of my personal intentions for 2023 was to work on using affirmations more in my daily life. They’ve helped me calm myself down during anxious moments and moments of low self esteem. I have definitely noticed a shift in my self image by repeating affirmations often.

That’s why I’ve decided that every month I’ll share affirmations I’m trying to embody!

Hi! My name is Akchita and I’m the creator behind this account! This isn’t how I thought I’d introduce myself, but keeping up with this account has already proven to be difficult.

It hasn’t been difficult because I don’t know what to post or I haven’t gotten the graphics made. No, it’s been difficult because I can’t get out of my own head.

I keep thinking that trying to create content isn’t the best idea for me. I keek thinking that I’m not good at this even though I’ve barely tried.
