
Mental/Physical Update
Physically, I haven’t been working out because my mental health has been so bad. But I’m trying every day to dance and just move so that I’m not always sleeping or sitting down. In terms of my health overall, I have been trying to drink more water every day. It’s wild to me how much drinking water has been great for my body.
Mentally, I’ve been extremely anxious. Not being able to return to China has been harder than I anticipated it would be and I actually miss it. I didn’t think I’d come to this point but here we are.
Work Update
I’m still in the US so there’s no working being doing. I’m hopeful that China will open up its borders soon so I can plan to return. I don’t know if I’m going to be leaving China but potentially I’ll be looking into another job.
Content Update
I’ve been reading a lot so it’s been great for my book blog but this blog as suffered. I decided that I want to post 100 posts on both blogs and I now know the number of posts I need per month to get to this number. I forgot how much I love being organized. I’ve been using Trello to quickly schedule posts. It’s been very easy to create boards for every month of the year, color code the different types of posts, and use the calendar view to see earthing in post days.
Reading Update
This month is the slowest reading month I’ve had since January (I only read 7 books that month). I’m hoping that I feel better enough to read more books because I want to read at least 15 to 20 books this month. I might give myself a 24 hour reading day just to see how far I can go.
So that’s all for all of my updates. I’m not sure if there’s anything else I have to say at this moment but I promise to be back and better than ever. I might do a couple of posts about what I’m doing during this social distancing time period but we’ll see. I hope that everyone is safe and sound!
